I had a mixed experience at Krystal Cancun. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and close to the city. However, the service was slow, and the cleanliness of my room left a lot to be desired. I really loved the atmosphere and the beautiful beach, but I encountered several issues that made my stay less enjoyable.
